Greg Guzik joined Hartley People in April 2019 as a Talent Specialist recruiting for care of call centre roles, as well as quality (QA/QC), compliance and validation roles at all levels.
Greg studied in Warsaw School of Economics, working in a call centre during his studies. He turned to recruitment after more than 12 years spent in various call-centres, where he progressed as a communications and sales coach, as well as a recruiting and operations manager. Greg is also a writer with 4 novellas published. Apart from literature, he also enjoy travelling and experiencing different cultures and cuisines.
