Talent Specialist

Aisling, a Waterford native, specialises in the recruitment of hospitality, and sales/account executive roles. Aisling studied Journalism and Radio at Waterford College of Further Education and subsequently worked in a number of hospitality roles in the city, before joining Hartley People. Through her years as a hospitality manager, Aisling has established many relationships within the sector which serve her well as she delivers the right candidate profile to this fast-paced environment.
